摘要
以活性炭固载磷钨酸作为催化剂,用没食子酸与异戊醇直接酯化合成了没食子酸异戊酯.通过正交实验研究了影响没食子酸异戊酯产率的主要因素,得到了最佳实验条件:醇酸物质的量的比为10∶1,催化剂固载量13.4%,用量为反应物总质量的3%,反应时间为3 h.此条件下合成的没食子酸异戊酯的收率可达88.6%.考察了该催化剂的重复使用性.
Using the phosphotungstic acid immobilized on active carbon as catalyst, the iso-amyl gallate was synthesized directly by esterifying isoamyl alcohol and gallic acid. The influencing factors of the reaction were investigated through orthogonal experiment. The optimal reaction conditions were as followed : the ratio of isoamyl alcohol to gallic acid was 10: 1(mol/mol), the content of catalyst was 3% , the H3PW12O40/C was 13.4%, reaction time was 3h, the average yield of iso-amyl gallate were 88.6% .The characters of the catalyst was also studied after being reused for many times.
