In this paper, build an opening mechanical resource pool which can be expounded for the network manufacturing, discussed the frame construction of the mechanical resource pool and its management system, and studied the problem of the popedom in the mechanical resource pool management and the operating charging model of the mechanical resource pool. Analyzed the applying instance model of the cooperation design based on the mechanical resource pool.
