摘要
简要地介绍了西方社会权力制衡思想和政治实践的发端、发展过程。认为西方政治文明是建立在权力制衡思想及其实践发展基础之上的,权力制衡问题是西方政治学不断探索的主旋律。
This paper briefly narrates the origin and development process of western thought on power balance and its political application. It＇ s believed that western political civilization is based on the thought of power balance and its practice. Power balance is always the theme after which western politics searches.
