Studies on English Learning Testing under New Curriculum Standard

传统英语测评存在五大问题:英语语言交际能力测评的虚无性,测评研制的非科学性,测评的过度性与应试性,测评目标与反馈意识的模糊性,测评与语言学理论的相悖性。这与新的英语课程标准所确立的英语测评的系统观与发展观相背离。必须从测试目标、形式、试题研制、结果评价、反馈等方面着手改革,以逐步实现英语测评的科学化,促进英语新课程标准的贯彻实施。

Traditional English Learning Testing has five limitations. All these conflict with the new curriculum standard. The ability of intercommunication is the most important object of language teaching and learning. We should reform English learning testing system under new curriculum standard from the perspective of objects, forms, developing process, evaluation and feedback.
