This paper summarizes the Chinese, American and Japanese library laws, and trom me main bodies,the contents, the objects and so on of the library laws, discusses on the common features of Chinese and foreign library laws, and from the nature of library law, the library funds as well as the library network pattern, compares the differences among Chinese, American and Japanese library laws.
