This paper points out the connotation and features of the educational informatization, and in the light of the present situation of the construction of university library＇ s informatization, expounds the important functions of university library＇s informatization in the course of the educational informatization, which makes the university library become the modern remote education center and the main place of the life-long learning based on providing the educational service and the educational support for the digtal learning of the users.
