摘要
针对山西省生态环境立法现状和存在的问题,进行了评析,提出完善山西省生态环境保护立法的对策。
In the light of the present situation of and the problems existing in Shanxi＇s ecological environment legislation, this paper makes the evaluation and analysis, and puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting the legislation of Shanxi＇ s ecological environment protection.
