摘要
探讨了职务聘任条件的特点、作用、构成要素及其构建依据、原则,旨在帮助用人单位正确建立研究和运用它的制度,从而促进科技人力资源的可持续使用管理,切实提高我国科技人力资源使用管理的科学化水平。
This paper probes into the features, functions and main components of the post appointment conditions and the bases and principles of their composition, aiming at helping the employing units to establish the system for the right research and use of these conditions, and further promoting the sustainable sci-tech human resource application and management, and increasing the scientific level of our country' s sci-tech human resource application and management.
