针对现代企业人力资源管理的特点,阐述了人本管理的核心理念、工作分析的目的和作用,提出了把握工作分析的六大要点。
In the light of the features of the human resource management of the modern enterprise, this paper expounds the core conceptions of the people-based management, and the targets and functions of the work analysis, and puts forward the six points of the work analysis.
