This article tries the analysis on the some municipal district in yuexi This paper analyses the business situation between 4 state-owned commerial banks of a municipal diserice in yuexi, and discusses the existing problems and factors of stateowned banks which set in developping area, thus proposes some countermeasure and suggestion, thus proposes the countermeasure and the suggestion.
