摘要 通过结晶氯化铝水解、逐滴加碱和氢氧化铝法3种方法制备聚合氯化铝(PAC),采用Al-Ferron逐时络合比色法和红外光谱分别进行分析和对比分析。结果表明:水解法所得PAC盐基度(B)低(B=4%-8%),优点是纯度高,没有引入其它金属离子;逐滴加碱法所得PAC盐基度稍高(B=25%-45%),但含有大量钠离子且Alb含量不高;氢氧化铝法所得PAC盐基度较高(B=50.6%),但也引进了其它金属离子,优点是所制备碱式氯化铝Alb含量较前二者高(三者Alb含量比例为1:9.3:17.2),达到了国标GB15892—1995的要求。 Polyaluminum chloride(PAC) is prepared by three method, which includes aluminum chloride hydrolyzing, dropping alkali and aluminum hydroxide method. The analysis and comparism of those method are carried out by Al - ferron complexation timed spectrophotometric method and IR spectra methodo The results are concluded that when the PAC prepared through hydrolyzing, the basicity (B) is low ( B = 4% - 8% ), but the purity of the product without other metal ion is high;the PAC prepared through dropping alkali method,the B of PAC is higher( B = 25% - 45% ), but there exist a large amonnt of Na^+ in the product and Alb content is not high; while the PAC prepared through aluminum hydroxide method,the B of PAC is the highest( B = 50.6% ) ,and the Alb content in the product is the highest among three method (the proportion of Alb content among three method is 1 : 9.3 : 17.2 ), which can meet the requirement of National Standard of GB15892 - 1995.
