硝酸镁溶液中杂质的控制及压滤法的应用

Control of impurity in the magnesium nitrate solution and application of filter-press method in the concentrated nitric acid production

介绍了浓硝酸生产过程中硝酸镁溶液中杂质的危害及控制。讨论了硝酸镁溶液再生时所采用的两种方法:沉降法和压滤法。通过比较得出如下结论:采用压滤法再生硝酸镁溶液,无论从再生精度上还是从再生时间上,都较传统的沉降法再生具有明显的优点。

In the concentrated nitric acid production , the hazard and control of impurity in the magnesium nitrate solution are introduced. Two kinds of methods for the regeneration of magnesium nitrate solution are discussed, which are precipitation method and filter -press method. After comparisons ,the conclusion is drawn out that the filter -press method has more obvious advantage than the traditionally precipitation method either on the regenerating accuracy or the regenerating time.
