摘要
以粉煤灰、重质碳酸钙为填料,乳胶粉、水泥为粘结料,配以适当的粉状助剂及其他辅料,制得了一种粉末腻子;探讨了乳胶粉、水泥、粉煤灰、纤维素醚的用量对粉末腻子性能的影响;测试了粉末腻子的理化性能。研究结果表明,所配制的粉末腻子是一种具有优良理化性能和施工性能的环保性腻子。
The title powder putty has been prepared based on coal ash powder and ground calcium carbonate as fillers and dry emulsion powder and cement as binder,mixed with proper powder additives and other auxiliaries.The influence of amount of dry emulsion powder,cement,coal ash powder and cellulose ether on the performance of putty is discussed.The physical and chemical properties of the putty are tested,It has shown that the formulated powder putty is an environmental friendly putty with excellent properties and application performance.
