摘要 绿僵菌3个种(金龟子绿僵菌大孢变种、金龟子绿僵菌小孢变种和黄绿绿僵菌)在加有不同浓度硫酸铜的真菌琼脂培养基上产孢和生长结果表明:50×10-6和100×10-6浓度的铜,对3个种的生长无抑制作用,250×10-6有轻微抑制,500×10-6显著抑制。但50×10-6~250×10-6浓度的铜却能增加孢子数量和缩短产孢时间。 The growth and sporulation of three Metarhizium species, M. anisopliae var. anisopliae, M.flavovi-ride and M.anisopliae var. majus, were tested on mycological agar medium containing different concentrations of copper added as copper sulphate. The growth of three species was not inhibited at 50×10-6 and 100×10-6 copper,but inhibited slightly at 250×10-6 and greately at 500×10-6. However the number of conidia was increased and the sporulation was much earlier at concentrations between 50×10-6 to 250×10-6 copper.
