摘要
利用X射线衍射技术和磁测量方法研究了Y(Fe_(0.8)Mn_(0.2))_(12)(R=Y和Nd)及其氮化物的结构和磁性.实验发现Y(Fe_(0.8)Mn_(0.2))_(12)和Nd(Fe_(0.8)Mn_(0.2))_(12)在室温下均为铁磁性,其易磁化方向分别沿C轴与锥面.氮化后,晶格常数、居里温度和饱和磁化强度显著增加.此外,氮化物的磁晶各向异性也发生了根本变化,铁次晶格的易磁化方向转向基面,钕次晶格的易磁化方向则转到C轴.
The crystallographic structure and magnetic properties of R(Fe_(0.8)Mn_(0.2))_(12) (R =Y and Nd) compounds and their nitrides have been investigatad by using X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurements.It is found that both Y(Fe_(0.8)Mn_(0.2))_(12) and NdR(Fe_(0.8)Mn_(0.2))_(12) compounds are ferromagnetic and their easy magnetization direction (EMD) are respectively along the C-axis and the easy cone. Upon nitrogenation, the lattice parameters,curie temperatures and the satuation magnetizations are geatly enhanced.Furthermore,the EMD is changed into basal plane for Fe sublattice and turns to along the C-axis for Nd sublattice.
