摘要
目的观察护肝解毒冲剂(HGCJ)的抗肝纤维化作用。方法将SD雄性大鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型组、HGCJ大剂量组、HGCJ小剂量组,除正常对照组外,其余3组采用四氯化碳(CCl4)诱导肝纤维化模型。于造模第2个月起,HGCJ大小剂量组分别灌胃HGCJ 44g/(kg.d)和11 g/(kg.d),正常对照组和模型组灌胃等容量的生理盐水。实验持续3个月后将大鼠处死,取血测ALT、AST、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、白/球比例(A/G)、透明质酸(HA),同时取肝组织做病理检查。结果HGCJ大、小剂量组ALT、AST和HA均明显降低,TP、ALB和A/G升高,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。病理检查见HGCJ大、小剂量组肝细胞变性明显减轻,纤维组织增生减少。结论HGCJ对CCl4所致大鼠肝纤维化有明显防治作用。
Objective It is to observe the anti-liver-fibrosis action of Hugan Jiedu Chongji (HGCJ) in rats. Methods The male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, HGCJ large dosage group and HGCJ small dosage groups. Liver fibrosis models of rats were made with CCl4 in all groups except normal control group. From the second month after the models made HGCJ large and small dosage groups were respectively given 44 g/(kg· d) and 11 g/(kg· d) of HGCJ by intragastric administration, normal control group and model group were given the same volume of normal sodium by intragastric administration. The rats were killed when the experiment lasted for three months, and blood was taken for measuring ALT, AST, TP, ALB, A/G, HA and liver tissue was taken for pathology examination. Results The levels of ALT, AST and HA in HGCJ large and small dosage groups lowered obviously and the levels of TP, ALB and A/G rose. Compared with model group, the difference was significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). Pathology examination showed that liver cell denaturation lightened obviously and fibrous tissue proliferation decreased in HGCJ large and small dosage groups. Conclusion HGCJ has obvious prevention and cure action on liver fibrosis in rats induced by CCl4.
