复合绝缘材料微观界面处离子电荷的积累与体积电导率 被引量:2

摘要 采用单元模型分析了无机填料填充的聚合物基复合绝缘材料中微观界面处的离子电荷积累过程,对填充的乙丙橡胶试样进行的热刺激电流实验结果验证了这一分析,用作者得到的界面电荷积累动力学方程可以解释从串。 In this paper the ionic charge accumulation process at microscopic interfaces in composite insulating materials filled with inorganic fillers is analyzed by using a unit model, and the accumulation is proved by TSC measurements on filled EPDM samples. The dynamic equations of interfacial charge accumulation proposed by the authors can account for the variation trend of conductivity of composite material with filler concentration, which cannot be explained from the views of series or parallel circuits.
