痰热清注射液对肾病综合征并发上呼吸道感染患者血清TNF-α及IL-6的影响

The Influence of Tanreqing Injection (痰热清注射液) on the Levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin Serum of Patients with Nephrotic Syndrome Complicated by Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

目的观察痰热清注射液治疗肾综合征并发上呼吸道感染患者的疗效及对血清TNF-α及IL-6的影响。方法患者60例予痰热清注射液治疗,检测治疗前后血清TNF-α及IL-6,并与50例正常人对比。结果临床总有效率91.67%;血清TNF-α及IL-6水平与治疗前比较显著降低。结论痰热清注射液具有明显的抗感染的作用,且可提高肾综合征患者的免疫功能。

Objective:To research the clinical therapy of Tanreqing Injection (痰热清注射液) for nephrotic syndrome complicated by upper respiratory tract infection,and the effect on the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 in serum.Methods:The levels of IL-6,TNF-αwere studied in 50 normal subjects and 75 patients and observed the patients clinical therapy before and after treatment.Results:Tanreqing Injection could improve the patients clinical symptom and the levels of IL-6,TNF-αwere oberviously lower in after treatment.Conclusion:Tanreqing Injection has the obviously effects of anti-infection and has the function of immunology in patients with nephrotic syndrome and upper respiratory tract infection.
