中药抗疲Ⅰ号对雌性训练Wistar大鼠急进高原并运动力竭后性激素和卵巢的防护作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过训练大鼠急进高原模型从性激素水平和卵泡结构改变研究训练对生殖的损伤及防护。方法在1520m环境设实验组(EG)使用中药抗疲Ⅰ号加入常规饲料中喂养,对照组(CG)常规饲料喂养,各40只游泳训练4周后,各选35只3h急进3850m,从中各选10只作为静息对照,各25只游泳至力竭后,从中各选20只1h、24h采集标本,各剩余5只返回1520m与非训练雄性种鼠交配,观察3~4月产仔情况。结果EG高原游泳时间显著长于CG,EG性激素水平、卵巢组织学结构、生育能力等均显著优于CG。结论进行竞技体育运动集训或强体力劳动,特别是改变运动集训环境或进入高海拔地区作业训练更要注重加强劳动和训练防护。 Objective:To study taining-caused procreation damage and the protection by way of training Wistar rats to make rush entry into plateau to observe the change of sex hormone level and oocyte structure.Methods:At the altitude of 1520ms,one experimental group of 40 rats were fed with a mixed feed with traditional Chinese Medicine Anti-Fatigue Ⅰ(抗疲1号),while one control group of the same number were fed with the routine feed.After both groups were trained to swim for 4 weeks,35 rats in each group were chosen to make rush entry into 3850 meter altitude within 3 hours,then 10 from 35 rats in each group were chosen as reat group,and after 25 rats in each group were forced to swim until exhaustion,20 from 25 rats in each group were sampled one hour and 24 hours later,then the remained 5 rats in each group were taken back to 1520 meter altitude to mate them with non-trained male rats so as to observe theri 3~4 month litter.Results:At high altitude,mice in experimental group can swim longer than those in control group,and theri sex hormone level,ovary structure and fecundity show much better effect than those in control group.Conclusion:Much more attention should be paid to the protective laboring and training when intensive training or intensive laboring are performed or undertaken,especially in the sudden changed environment or at altitudes.Food intervention in training mice is a simple and easy way of such protection.
