摘要
目的:研究自制裸磁珠对常见食源性致病菌和卫生指示菌的吸附性能,摸索从样品中快速分离和浓集细菌的方法。方法:试验裸磁珠对细菌的吸附性能,摸索温度和样品成分对其吸附性能的影响。结果:自制裸磁珠在37℃对常见食源性致病菌和卫生指示菌有很强的吸附,吸附率均高于97%。食品成分对其吸附有一定影响,吸附率最低为58.42%。结论:自制裸磁珠可望用于环境和食品样品中多种细菌的非特异性吸附分离和浓集,值得进一步研究和推广。
Objective: To study the adsorption capacity of lab made magnetic particles to the common food - borne pathogenic bacteria and hygienic indicator bacteria for the development of the useful rapid separation and enrichment method for the bacteria in samples. Methods: The adsorption capacity of the lab made magnetic particles to the different bacteria was evaluated. The influences of temperature and component of samples on the adsorption capacity of these magnetic particles were tested. Results: The lab made magnetic particles had great adsorption capacity to bacteria at 37℃, the adsorption efficiency could reach up to 97 %. The component of the tested samples could decrease the adsorption capacity of the magnetic particles, the adsorption efficiency decreased to 58.42%. Conclusions: These lab made magnetic particles might be applied to separate and concentrate the bacteria from environment and food samples. And the further research will be very helpful for the application of them.
