摘要
目的:分析高校高级知识份子人群中糖尿病的患病情况及其主要危险因素,为该人群的糖尿病预防和干预提供依据。方法:采用现况调查方法,收集合肥某高校785名高级知识份子的问卷和体检资料,对其糖尿病患病率及危险因素进行统计分析。结果:该校高级知识份子的2型糖尿病粗患病率为7.5%,随着年龄的增长患病率呈增加趋势。单因素Logistic回归分析中年龄等11个变量为糖尿病的危险因素,多因素分析显示年龄、WHR、BMI、甜食摄入、腌制食品摄入、TCH、TG具有统计学意义。结论:高校高级知识份子人群中糖尿病状况不容乐观,尤其是45岁以上的中老年知识份子,应针对其危险因素采取相应干预措施,积极倡导合理膳食、加强体育运动以及及时进行健康检查。
Objective. To assess the risk factors of type 2 diabetes and its prevalence in senior intellectuals. Methods： 785 senior intellectuals from a university were investigated. The prevalence of type 2 diabetes was calculated and the risk factors of type 2 diabetes were analyzed by the non-conditional Logistic regression. Results： The prevalence of type 2 diabetes was 7.5%, and it increasd markedly with age. Logistic regression showed that age, WHR, BMI, sweetmeat intake, oomed food intake, TCH and TG were with statistical significance. Conclusion： Type 2 diabetes is a serious problem among senior intellectuals. It is of great means to take corresponding measures such as reasonable diet, moderate physical activity, and health examination, especially for those people who are above 45.
