蜂王浆对小鼠免疫功能增强作用的研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:通过动物实验研究蜂王浆调节免疫功能的作用。方法:分别经口给予小鼠(Balb/c)不同剂量的蜂王浆30d。测定小鼠脏器/体重比值、迟发型变态反应水平、血清溶血素水平、抗体生成细胞水平、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力、小鼠碳廓清能力以及NK细胞活性。结果:经测试发现各剂量均未对小鼠脏器/体重比值产生影响;小鼠迟发型变态反应试验中,抗原攻击后24 h,高剂量组与对照组小鼠相比,足跖肿胀度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中、高剂量组均能提高小鼠血清溶血素抗体水平(P<0.01);各剂量组均能明显增加抗体生成细胞数(P<0.05);中、高剂量组均能增加小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞的吞噬百分率、吞噬指数(P<0.01);在小鼠碳廓清实验中,中、高剂量组与对照组比较其吞噬指数a差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);高剂量组能提高小鼠NK细胞活性率(P<0.01)。结论:蜂王浆具有增强小鼠免疫功能的作用。 Objective: To investigate the Immunomodulatory effects of royal jelly on mice.Methods: The Blab/c mice were administered orally with 1.67g/kg. bw, 3.33g/kg. bw, 5.0g/kg. bw dosages of royal jelly for 30 days, which corresponded to the 10, 20 ,and 30 times of manufacturer's recommended everyday dosage for adult ingestion respectively. Then made the tests on the ratio of spleen- thymus/body weight, the response of delayed hypersensitivity, the amount of hemolytic antibody in serum, antibody-producing cell test, Phagocytic activity of macrophages and the ability of macrophages for Carbon particle clearance.Results: No significant differences between experimental group and control group in the ratio of spleen-thymus/bodty weight. This implied that the royal jelly had no side effects on the body weight, weight gain and relative organ weight. Significant difference was observed in 5.0g/kg. bw dosage mice in dcayed allergy. The amount of antibody- producing cell in all dosage groups was increased significantly. The amount of hemolytic antibody, the Phagocytic activity of macrophages, the ability of macrophages for Carbon particle clearance in both 3.33g/kg. bw and 5.0g/kg. bw group were also significantly increased. Conclusions: The results demonstrate that the royal jelly has a positive Immunomodulatory effects on mice.
