摘要
目的：探讨控制麻疹的策略和措施。方法：应用描述流行病学方法对龙岗区近5年麻疹发病情况进行分析。结果：龙岗区发病率波动在20．48-49．80／10万之间，年平均报告发病率为29．40／10万，呈高度散发与局部爆发并存的流行模式；0-7岁为麻疹的高发年龄；4-6月为麻疹的高发季节；报告病例中，有麻疹疫苗免疫史的占7．20％，元免疫史的占64．72％，免疫史不详者占28．09％；外来人口病例占总病例的97．31％。结论：该市应加强对外来人口的管理，提高其免疫覆盖率，充分发挥政府的领导及干预作用以控制麻疹的发病。
Objective： To further study the strategies and measures of measles control. Methods： All the data about the epidemic situation of the incidence of measles in Longang district in the past 5 years was analyzed by descriptive epidemiology method. Results： The Incidence was between 20.48/100, 000-49.80/100, 000. The yearly reported average morbidity was 29.40 cases per 100, 000 population. The transmission mode of the measles was highly sporadic with locally burst up.0-7 years old was the age vulnerable to measles .April to June was the epidemical season for measles. In measles cases, 7.20% had measles vaccine immunization history, 64.72 % were non-vaccinated and 28.09% were uncertain. 97.31% of the cases were floating population. Conclusions： The government should strengthen the administration of migrant population, raisen their immunization coverage rate, and fully exerted government leadership and intervention abilities.
