High Tc Superconducting Material-New Structures and Potential Applications

本文介绍了新的钇钡铜氧系列高T_c超导材料的特性和结构特点,以及相应的电子能带结构,并对主要的理论解释作了扼要介绍;最后介绍了厚薄膜和器件制备的进展情况并作了预测。

In this paper the performances and structures of newly developed YBaCuO series high Tc superconducting materials were described. Also presented were corresponding electronic energy band structures and some main theoretical explanations. At last the progresses in the fabrication of thick and thin films were reviewed and a prediction was outlined.
