摘要 介绍了SST公司新一代SuperFlash型存储器SST39VF080的性能、结构特点及其使用方法;利用FPGA设计SST39VF080的读、写和擦除操作的控制时序;结合实际应用,设计多通道数字信号源系统。该信号源可以通过微机串口对存储器进行操作,并且同时输出6路16位的数字信号,每路的存储容量为2兆字,可以满足雷达信号处理机等设备的调试用。 This paper introduces the performance, characteristics and use of the new Super Flash memory SST39VF080. FPGA is used to design the read/write of the SST39VF080 and erase the control timing of the operation. It also designs a circuit multi-channel digital signal power system on the basis of practical application, which can control the flash by the RS232 of PC computers and supply six channels of 16-bit digital signals. The storage of every channel is 2MB, which is sufficient for the test of such equipment as radar signal processing machines.
