SHAPE MEMORY EFFECT OF Fe Mn Si Ni Cr ALLOY

研究了Ｆｅ－１４Ｍｎ－５Ｓｉ－９Ｃｒ－５Ｎｉ合金温轧板材在不同温度固溶处理后的形状记忆效应．结果表明，经７００℃加热６００ｓ水冷固溶处理，完全回复应变达２．２％，回复率为９０％以上．

The shape memory effect has been studied in Fe 14Mn 5Si 9Cr 5Ni alloy sheet that was rolled at 800～850 ℃ and followed by solution treatment at different tempertures. It has been shown that the alloy exhibits a recovery strain of 2.2% and recovery rate over 90%by heating at 700 ℃ for 600 s quenched into water. The microstructure of austenite under solution treatment state is important for a good shape memory effect in the alloy.
