摘要
本文首先分析了原创性R&D的投资收益特征和投资特征,指出原创性R&D以内源融资为主、以股权融资为主,并通过对广东省部分大、中企业研发投、融资状况的调研,分析广东省大中企业R&D以应用性开发为主,提出现阶段R&D融资的基础措施。即,实行R&D过程与销售实现的早期结合;从产业链角度进行扩股;以并购形式扩股;以股权形式联合,可加速R&D融资。
The paper analyzes the investment - return characteristics as well as investment characteristics of original R＆D and puts forward some basic measures to raise money for R＆D on the basic of investigation on large - and medium scale enterprises＇ R＆D conditions in Guangdong province.
