摘要
文章首先对知识型员工的概念、特点进行了分析。然后针对我国新技术企业知识员工的特点,设立了一套评价知识型员工智力能力及成长状况的评价指标体系,并指出各指标的作用。最后,文章阐述了我国新技术企业对知识型员工的管理与激励方式。
The article proceeded the analysis to knowledge type the employee 's concept, characteristics first. Then aim at new technique in our country business enterprise knowledge the employee's characteristics, establish a set of evaluations knowledge type the employee the intelligence ability and grows up the evaluation index sign system of the condition, and point out the function of each index sign. Finally, the article expatiated the new technique in our country business enterprise to knowledge type the employee's management with encourage the way.
