摘要
目的研究连翘叶中苷类成分提取工艺的最佳方案。方法利用L9(34)正交实验表,对回流次数,料液比,乙醇浓度,回流时间进行研究。结果最佳方案为A2B2C3D2,即回流次数为3次,料液比为1∶10,乙醇浓度为85%,回流时间为60min。用最佳方案提取,测得连翘苷含量平均值为5.781%。结论乙醇浓度是影响连翘叶中连翘苷类成分提取工艺的最主要因素,用85%的乙醇提取效果最好。
Objective To Study the suitable extraction methods of glycosides from Forsythia suspense leaves. Methods By utilizing orthogonal experimental design, the time of heating and cooling refluxing, the ratio of material and liquid, and the concentration of ethanol, were researched. Forsythia suspense glycoside was determined by HPLC. Results The optimized extraction methods of glycosides is as follows : the times of heating and cooling refluxing is 3 times, the ratio of material and liquid is 1 : 10, the concentration of ethanol is 85%, the time of refluxing is 60 minutes. The average content of the extracted glycosides from Forsythia suspense leaves is 5.781%. Conclusion The concentration of ethanol is the main factor of extraction of glycosides from Forsythia suspense leaves, the contents of glycosides extracted by 85% ethanol is higher than by other concentration ethanol.
