摘要
研究了多元合金化材料(在低高速钢中添加V,Nb,N,Re等元素)的组织结构和性能。结果表明,由于添加元素Nb推迟-αFe的再结晶温度,添加W,Mo,V,Nb,C,N形成复合碳、氮化物等因素,经1250℃淬火,550℃3次回火2h,试验钢有明显的二次硬化效果,硬度HRC64.8。550℃保温16h后的硬度为HRC62.6,有很好的热稳定性。耐磨性接近于普通高速钢,W,Mo含量仅为普通高速钢的50%,是一种节能型高性能耐磨材料。
the microstructure and properties of the new material of guide roller was studied., through adding alloy elements such as V, Nb, N, Re etc on the basis of low alloy high speed steel.The result showed that the tested steel has obvious secordary hardness by quenching at 1250 ℃ and then tempered three-time at 550 ℃ for 2h, its hardness was up to HRC64.8. And it has better the hot stabilization, through 550 ℃ holding 16h, the hardness was still up to HRC62.6. All these because of adding the chemical element Nb which can postpone the α -Fe of re-crystallize the temperature, and W, Mo, V, Nb, C, N which can form carbon- nitrogen compound and other reasons. Wear resistance of experiment steel was near to the common HSS, but the W, Mo contain was only 50% of the common HSS. It was a kind of the high economical-energy performance-wear material.
