无精症睾丸穿刺活检不同方法的对比研究

Comparative study of percutaneous testicular biopsy by different methods in men with azoospermia

目的:比较活检枪、Cook活检针和自制睾丸活检针3种不同方法穿刺活检取材合格率。方法:将310例患者随机分成A、B、C 3组。A组37例用MDTECH活检枪、B组152例用Cook活检针、C组121例用自制睾丸活检针。结果:取材合格率A组94.6%,B组90.8%,C组93.4%。经统计学处理2χ=0.958,P>0.05。自制睾丸活检针与活检枪和Cook活检针在取材合格率方面无显著性差异。结论:自制睾丸活检针获取标本满意,并有高性价比和并发症少的优点。

Objective： To compare the qualified rate of biopsies taken with biopsy gun ,Cook aspiration needle and self-made testis biopsy needle. Methods：A total of 310 azoospermia patients were divided into three groups. MDTHCH biopsy gun was applied to 37 patients in A group Cook aspiration needle was applied to 152 patients in B group, and self-made testis biopsy needle was applied to 121 patients in C group. Results： The qualified rate of biopsy was 94. 6% in A group, 93.4% in B group and 94. 2% in C group . The data were compared using the X^2 test,X^2= 0. 958, P〉0. 05. There was no statistical difference between these groups. Conclusion： It is demonstrated that the self-made biopsy testis needle is satisfactory, and has the advantages of low cost, relative non-invasiveness, high success rate and low complication rate.
