婴儿胰岛素样生长因子的检测及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:检测小样儿胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ),探讨小样儿及宫内发育迟缓儿的发病机制。方法:采用放射免疫法检测婴儿血清中IGF-Ⅰ。比较小样儿与足月儿和大于胎龄儿IGF-Ⅰ含量,了解不同体重,不同胎龄,不同胎盘成熟度胎儿的IGF-Ⅰ水平差异。结果:IGF-Ⅰ随胎龄,胎重的增加而增高。结论:检测IGF-Ⅰ,了解改善母体营养,达到改善胎儿宫内营养状况,产前可预防小样儿的发生。 Objective: To investigate the formation mechanism of intrauterine growth retardation by measuring the serum IGF-I in small for gestational (SGA). Methods, The Levels of serum IGF- I were measured by using RIA and body weight,gestational,mature degree of placenta were compared in both SGA group and normal neonate group, Results:The levels of serum IGF-I were raised while gestation age was increased. Conclusion, Improvement of nutrition supply for pregnant woman is helpful for preventing formation of SGA.
