摘要
介绍了自行研制的用于微小型金属零件加工制造的高频群脉冲电化学精密加工机床。机床主体采用“C”型结构,阴极主轴进给系统由交流伺服电动机、谐波减速器、滚珠丝杠等精密部件构成一个半闭环系统,进给速度分辨率可达±2μm,实现了阴极主轴的微细进给;另外,配以高频群脉冲电源,获得了微小型金属零件的精密加工。
Introduce a precision electrochemical machine developed for manufacturing micro metal part in this paper. "C" type configuration is used in the machine body. And the main cathode axis feeding system is composed of the servomotor, the harmonic retarder, the ball screw and so on, to form a half closed loop control system, which makes the resolution of the feeding speed of ±21μm and realizes the micro - feeding of the cathode axis. On the other hand, due to the use of the high frequency group pulse, the precision machining about the micro metal part is obtained.
