摘要
制造型企业的监视、控制和生产管理数据传统上各成独立的体系,监控系统采集的数据与生产管理信息系统的数据通常要通过人为干预和中介才能进行沟通。一方面,广泛实施的ERP系统经常出现对于生产现场的信息缺失;另一方面,巨资投入的现场监控难以得到企业上层决策系统的应用。文章从这两个系统特点及需求出发,提出三层企业转换模型,着重构建中间层模块;以XML语言为层间通信标准语言,构建中间件实现企业三层系统集成;提出结构中各Agent定义、通信模型、数据交换、格式转换方法。
For the traditional monitor, control and production management system always have their own individual system, it always requires manual operation to transform the data base system to ensure good communication in monitor system and production management system. For example, on one hand, the widely implemented ERP system in manufactory is always broken off for lacking the current process information. On the other hand, the expensive current process monitor and control system although get information but is still always neglected by the senior management. The paper presents the model of three - layer structure, whose middle layer connecting the bottom monitor system and top management layer. And the XML was used as the communication program language to integrating the three layers in the model. The research includes the definition of the agent, the model of communication, data exchange between layers and change of data expression.
