摘要
本文结合房地产业的特点以及当前房地产项目管理的现状,创建了基于动态联盟的房地产供应链管理模式,并提出了对供应链上的子联盟的二维管理方法。另外,本文采用目标成本法,建立了项目成本和工作量的分配模型,以实现利润最大化,费用最小化的目标。
Based on the characteristics of real estate industry and the current status of construction management, the paper puts forwards the real estate supply chain management based on dynamic alliance, and proposes a two-dimension management approach for the sub-alliance in the supply chain. In addition, combined with the target costing, the paper develops a model for the distribution of the total cost and the word load to maximize the profit and minimize the cost.
