摘要
从降低居住建筑围护结构的传热系数及减小房间换气次数2个方面,研究了严寒地区居住建筑实现节能率65%的途径。采用传热系数低、密封性能优的节能窗,增设外墙外保温层及加厚屋顶保温层可使外窗、外墙、屋顶的传热系数分别下降至1.8、0.35、0.33 W/(m2.K),房间换气次数降至0.35次/h,保证严寒地区居住建筑实现节能率65%的目标。
The way to implement energy saving rate of 65% for residential buildings in severe cold region is studied by lowering of heat transfer coefficient for building envelope and reducing room air changes. The use of windows with low heat transfer coefficient and excellent sealing performance, the addition of external insulating layer of external wall and the thickening of roof insulating layer can allow heat transfer coefficients of external window, external wall and roof to fall to 1.8, 0.35 and 0.33 W/(m^2 · K) respectively, room air changes to reduce to 0.35 changes/h, so as to ensure that the objective of energy saving rate of 65% for residential buildings in severe cold region will be realized.
