Synthesis of 3-(1-Naphthyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium Chloride

摘要 3-(1-Naphthyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium chloride was prepared from benzaldehyde-phenylhydrazone by coupling with 1-naphthylamine diazonium salt followed by oxidation with chlorine in 72%overall yield. 3-(1-Naphthyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium chloride was prepared from benzaldehydephenylhydrazone by coupling with 1-naphthylamine diazonium salt followed by oxidation with chlorine in 72 % overall yield.
