摘要
建立了HPLC法测定益母草片中盐酸水苏碱的含量。采用氨基色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(80∶20),流速1ml/min,检测波长192nm。盐酸水苏碱在2.5～30μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为0.98%。
A HPLC method for the determination of stachydrine hydrochloride in Yimucao tablets was established. A NH2 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water （80： 20）, at the detection wavelength of 192nm. The flow rate was lml/min. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 2.5 - 30 μg. The average recovery was 99.7 % with RSD of 0.98%.
