本文针对国防科研管理的需求，提出了宏观核算模型、成本核算模型、因素分析模型，分析了这些模型产生指标的意义，并给出了相应的计算方法。

In order to meet the need of the management of science and research of the national defence, the paper presents several models such as macro accounting model,cost accounting model,factor analysis model. The significance of the index is analyzed and the corresponding calculation methods are proposed.
