Aiming at the manufacturing of non - revolving body and irregular deep drawing extension parts involved in vehicle overlays, technological analysis and calculation, mould determination are conducted to respective deep drawing extension part. In addition, the article analyzes the features, problems and the key point of solving these problems in the process of extension and shaping.
