摘要 化学生物絮凝污水处理工艺是一种新的一级强化处理工艺。该工艺在传统的化学混凝的基础上将沉淀池内的污泥回流至化学生物絮凝池,利用化学混凝和污泥吸附的协同作用去除污水中的污染物。中试试验结果表明,聚合硫酸铝铁絮凝剂投加量为70mg/L,PAM投加量为0.5m g/L时,COD、TP和SS去除率分别为61.8%、74.5%和74.6%。化学生物絮凝池内污泥富集了未反应的絮凝剂,这部分絮凝剂对污水中TP具有很好的去除作用。化学生物絮凝池内污染物的沿程分析显示,回流污泥与污水充分接触可促进TP的进一步去除。 The process of chemical biological flocculation is a new type of chemical enhanced primary treatment. The cycle sludge was pumped to chemical biological flocculation tank and the pollutants were removed by co-operation of chemical coagulation and biological adsorption. Pilot scale results indicated that the removal efficiencies of CODCr, total phosphorus and suspended solid were 65.3%,73.4% and 72.5 respectively when the dosage of PAC and PAM was 70mg/L and 0.5mg/L. Superfluo PAC was adsorbed by sludge in the chemi-biological flocculation tank, which can advance to remove total phosphor. From pollutantsus concentration analysis along the chemi-biological flocculation tank, it could be concluded that fully stir between cycle sludge and wastewater was helpful to promote pollutants removal.
