摘要 采用十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为表面活性剂制备CGA,得出CGA制备的最优条件。结果表明,表面活性剂SDS的浓度在临界胶束浓度、搅拌速度6400r/min、搅拌时间3min时制备的CGA最稳定,CGA的含气率会随着搅拌时间的延长而有所增加。 Colloidal gas aphrons (CGA) were prepared by using C12H25OSO3Na (SDS) as surfactant, and the optimum operation parameters were obtained by systemic experiments. Results showed that the stability of CGA is high at critical concentration of micelle formation of SDS, with agitation speed of 6400r/min and agitation time of 3min.The void fraction increases with prolonging of agitation time.
