摘要 目的:对缺乏激励作用的分配体系全面变革,建立以提升服务价值为目标的岗位薪酬分配体系。方法:选择关键岗位,做好岗位分析,明确岗位职责,设置扁平化组织,设立宽幅薪酬级别,在围绕服务价值链管理上,通过提升员工(内部顾客)满意度为手段,实施岗位薪酬变革,突出岗位价值。结果:通过患者(外部顾客)满意,实现医院的服务价值,达到医院2个效益双赢。结论:创新性的薪酬变革是激活人力资源的动力。 Objective : The purpose changes towards lacking the allotment system of encourage the function completely, building up taking promoting the service value as the post salary of target to assign the system. Method:The method chooses the key post, working well the post analysis, explicit post job and establishing flat even turn the organization, establish a salary of breadth Class, at around the service value chain management up, pass to promote the employee ( internal customer) the satisfaction is a means, the implement post salary change, the outstanding post value. Results:As a result pass the sufferer ( the exterior customer) satisfaction, carry out the service value of the hospital., Attain two performances of hospital double win. Conlusion:The salary change of the conclusion innovation is a motive that activates the human resource.
