Telemedicine is combined with two fields： medicine and communication technology that are the most important and the most rapidly developed technologies now. In this paper, the general development of the telemedieine system and its application on vehicles is reviewed at first, and then the composing of the system on vehicles is introduced on emphases, and some key technologies that must be resolved in course of manufacturing the system on vehicles is introduced in detail, and the development prospect of the application on the telemedieine system on vehicles is shown in the end.
