床边超声心动图在心脏外科急诊的应用

Application of bedside echocardiographic in emergent cardiac surgery

目的评价床边超声心动图在心外科急诊患者的应用价值。方法超声心动图对857例心外科急诊患者进行床边超声监测,提供心脏瓣膜功能、左心室舒缩功能等信息。结果763例(89%)超声心动图有阳性发现主要包括左心收缩功能下降、心包积液或心包压塞、瓣膜疾病或机械瓣功能障碍、主动脉瘤或夹层动脉瘤破裂、先心术后右室流出道狭窄或残存分流。结论心外科急诊患者的床边超声心动图检查可迅速可靠提示心脏的解剖结构和血流动力学异常,为心外科患者的及时诊治提供有力帮助。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of bedside echocardiographic examination in patients of emergent cardiac surgery department. Methods Bedside echocardiographic examination were applied to 857 patients in emergent cardiac surgery department. Results Seven hundred and sixty three cases （89%）had positive echocardiographic findings, including left ventricular dysfunction pericardial effusion or tamponade valvular disease or mechanical valve dysfunction aneurysm or aortic dissective aneurysm abnormalities after congenital heart disease surgery or risidual shunt. Conclusion Bedside echocardiography is of great value in emergent cardiac surgery.
