“新自由主义”是一个复杂的混合体。在理论上,可以把它划分为学术上的新自由主义和政策倾向上的新自由主义两种类型;作为学术思想上的新自由主义,又可分为“主流经济学的新自由主义”和“非主流的”的新放任自由主义;作为政策倾向的新自由主义,又可分为基于国内经济自由化的政策部分和基于国际自由化的政策部分。要对“新自由主义”作出客观的评判,必须注意这些类型之间的复杂关系。
