A Concept Needs to be Redefined

本文基于人们在理解和使用民族自信心概念方面存在诸多模糊与混乱,于文化语境上重新阐释了这一概念, 认为民族自信心是一种对民族文化的内在信仰,它源于一种文化建构,并表现出与民族自尊,民族自负等相关概念截然不同的文化品质。

This thesis aims at redefining the concept of national self-confidence in the sense of culture because of the obscurity and confusion in understanding and using the concept of national self-confidence. It regards national self-confidence as an inner belief towards national culture and believes that national self-confidence derives from a kind of cultural structure and displays some cultural characteristics different from national self-esteem and national self-conceit.
