摘要
为了验证计算机模拟所制定的针对大型塑料模具718钢的热处理工艺的可行性,采用特殊的端淬装置和端淬试棒进行特定工艺的淬火冷却,模拟大型塑料模具718钢在淬火过程中的温度场及组织变化。本文是在端淬试验的基础上,对淬火后的端淬试棒硬度随回火工艺变化的规律进行了研究,得出了保证718钢淬火和高温同火后硬度达到不同硬度差范围的回火工艺。
In order to validate the feasibility of the computer-designed heat treatment process of the 718 steel, a special end quenching device was used to analyze the states of 718 steel's temperature field and metallurgical structure in the given quenching process. Then different tempering processes were employed on the end quenching bars to find the rules governing the changes of hardness of the 718 steel. The results indicate that different tempering processes can guarantee that the 718 steel will get the different hardness after quenching and tempering treatments.
