摘要
本文研究了Al-25%Si合金在半固态连续冷却电磁搅拌条件下合金初生硅形貌的变化。在3℃/min、6℃/min的冷却速度下,在不同搅拌时间,发现初生硅得到破碎细化,初生硅边角钝化;当搅拌至20-30min时,初生硅尺寸变化不大,分布趋于均匀,当搅拌超过30min时,初生硅又团聚长大。
The various pre-eutectic Si morphologies of Al-25%Si alloy are analyzed under semi-solid continuous cooling electromagnetic stirring in this paper. In different time, with the cooling velocities of 3 ℃/min. 6℃/min, the experiments show that the pre-eutectic Si begins to be broken up and fined, and its angles of comer are obtuse. When the stirring time is between 20min and 30min, the dimension of pre-eutectic Si varies mildly and trends to equality. When the treating time is up to 30min, the pre-eutectic Si started to be reunited.
