Automatic Tongs for Heat Treatment

本文介绍一种新型的热处理专用的自动吊钳，适用于井式炉热处理生产时吊具自动挂、脱钩作业。自动吊钳由起重机吊钩的升降来操作作业，通过自动吊钳的杆系相互动作，来完成对热处理吊具的夹住、起吊和卸下作业。从而解决了现有普通吊钩吊挂在热处理时不能实现稳定的自动挂、脱钩作业的这一难题。

A new type of tongs for heat treatment is introduced in this article. They are used for automatic operations of hooking and disconnecting for heat treatment in shaft furnace. Its operating mechanism is using hoist hanger to operate the connecting rods of the automatic tongs and completing operations of clamping, hoisting and unloading of related devices. Problems of unstable hooking and disconnecting in current practice have been solved by this technique.
